We admit, we were rather hesitant to take off around the city on a segway (the helmets were really cramping our style), but we had an absolute blast! Nic, our tour guide, was an excellent teacher and we were zooming along the streets of downtown in no time.
We stopped by parks and other sites for a little history lesson, and even a group photo, as we were given a taste of how Pensacola came to be. We also toured Palafox Street, got a glimpse of antique homes in the area and enjoyed a terrific day whipping through the lanes of Pensacola.
