Susan comes to us with over 15 years in the real estate industry and an extensive background in both commercial and residential developments. Familiar with the investment world, Susan also founded a vacation rental management company which she sold in 2011.
Prior to her career in real estate, Susan worked as an Office Manager at General Motors in North Carolina. She graduated from The University of North Georgia where she received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting.
“The past few years have been a whirlwind of representing all types of buyers and sellers,” said Garrity. “I’m looking forward to helping past, present and future clients under the Southern Real Estate name.”
Though Susan is new to our team of professionals, she’s not new to the area, nor the real estate game. Susan is an enthusiastic member of the community and has enjoyed helping her clients find the best deals that Perdido Key has to offer.
